My Journey
Yoga first came into my life as a way to slow down and create space for myself. What started as a physical practice gradually became something much more. It taught me to listen more closely, to move with intention and to meet myself with a little more patience and compassion.
Over time, my curiosity grew beyond the poses themselves. I became fascinated by the connection between movement, breath and the nervous system, as well as by a philosophy that reaches far beyond the mat. This eventually led me to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sanapurna Yoga & Ayurveda in Zurich.
During my training, I discovered how much I enjoy creating and holding space for others. Teaching felt surprisingly natural. I realised that I wanted to share the kind of practice I had come to value myself: grounding, thoughtful and nourishing.
Today, my classes bring together mindful movement, breathwork and moments of stillness. I enjoy practices that can feel strong without being driven by performance, and gentle without losing depth.
For me, yoga is less about achieving a pose and more about paying attention to what is already here. A chance to breathe, to reconnect with yourself and to simply be.
Wherever you are in your practice, you are welcome to meet me on the mat exactly as you are.

My Approach
Grounding
Space to slow down, arrive in your body and reconnect with yourself.
Nourishing
A practice that supports you rather than asking you to perform.
Intentional
Movement, breath and stillness guided by awareness and intention.
